  • Cummins makes extremely rugged engines in India. These engines are at the heart of some of the very successful automobiles & tractors being manufacturered by M&M in India. These engines have been tested in India over a number of years in extremely testing & varied conditions of an automobile.

  • The air filter is three stage - Pre Cleaner + Oil Both + Dry type. This ensures dust free air to the engine even in dusty conditions thereby ensuring longer periods between overhauls.

  • The engine is highly efficient with much lower strokes leading to lesser piston travel, which converts to much lesser wear & tear of critical ports.

  • The Cummins engine powered DG Set is probably the smallest, most compact & lightest in its category.

  • The Cummins engine produces the least amount of noise level in its range. The engine produces only 92 dbA at 1 meter distance (without a silencer or acoustic enclosure).
    • In comparison of 96 to 100 dbA 01 most other engines. That translates to about 50% lesser sound level.
  • Class A1 governing of the engine permits 100% block loading of the DG Set immediately on start up another unique feature of the Cummins engine, which sets it a doss apart from the rest.
